APW Home Improvements offer a wide range of custom-built porches to accentuate your property and provide ample benefits such as increased storage, security and thermal efficiency to name a few. By adding a porch to your home it can functionally and aesthetically enhance your property and provide a cost effective way of expanding your living space.

Whether you are looking for a conventional brick or a uPVC porch, APW will create a stylish entrance that is individually designed to meet your needs and preferences. We will assist with any planning permission and building regulations, if required.

Canopy roofs

A canopy is an overhead roof structure with open sides, covering the front door with the option to extend it to across the width of your property. Canopies are typically intended to provide shelter and protect your property from the elements, but are very aesthetically pleasing and commonly built to provide emphasis to the front of the home.

We design and install bespoke canopies for all types of properties, created and designed to match your exact specifications. Constructed from a hand-built timber frame with a tiled roof, features can also include soffits, fascias, and a variety of gallows, brackets and bargeboards.  We can also offer columns with pilasters and fluting. Lights can be installed in the soffits, tastefully lighting up the front of the property and providing additional security.
